Corporate Milestones
1982
Established in Singapore. Started as a general sub-contractor with special emphasis in installation and removal of steel strutting, decking and piling. Notable projects include the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) North South Line, MRT East West Line, MAS Building and URA Centre.
1992
Expanded to Malaysia. Secured multiple underground steel strutting, decking and piling projects in Kuala Lumpur City Centre Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station, Kuala Lumpur Light Rail Transit and Putrajaya Light Rail Transit.
In the later part of the nineties in Singapore, participated in the construction of some major projects involving underground structures such as the MRT North East Line, Woodlands Checkpoint and Cantonment Complex Central Police Division HQ.
1999
Establishment of Tunnel Division. Secured the first tunneling contract in the construction of MRT Changi Airport Line.
In the new millennium, Tunnel Division expanded and secured contracts for the Singapore Deep Tunnel Sewerage System, MRT Circle Line, UAE Dubai Metro and Malaysia’s Pahang-Selangor Water Tunnel.
2007
Setting up of Engineering Division to provide turnkey service in steel components of Earth Retaining or Stabilising Structures (ERSS) incorporating design, supply and install.
2008
Acquisition of steel materials by Steel Division. Secured contracts for the provision of steel materials in the MRT Downtown Line Stage 1, Marina Bay Financial Centre, Sentosa Gateway and Somerset 313 developments.
2009
Obtained Building Construction Authority (BCA) Specialist Builders Licenses for Structural Steelwork, Piling Works and Ground Support & Stabilisation Works.
2010
Developed purpose-built Kori Large Paneling Traffic Decking System and successfully engineered a full kilometre of five lanes carriageway above Rochor Canal in Little India and Rochor area for MRT Downtown Line Stage 2.
2011
Obtained BCA OHSAS Certification for Occupational Health & Safety Management System and Workplace Safety & Health Council BizSAFE Level Star Certification.
2012
Obtained BCA BC1 Compliance Certification for Re-usable Steel Strutting System in Earth Retaining or Stabilizing Structures.

Listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange (“SGX”)
